Objectives

By the end of this unit students will be able to:
Hear the difference between the different long and short vowel sounds
Be able to write the letter that makes this sound
Be able to remember the key picture and key word for each of these sounds
When reading a word be able to hear whether each vowel is saying it’s long or short sound.
